It’s a NEW DAY! It’s THOUGHT PROVOKING! It’s LIFE CHANGING and LIFE SUSTAINING! What is it? It is the “Life and Living Lifestyle Transformation Collaboration”!

This program is the brain-child of three forward thinking entrepreneurs who know that a healthy mindset can leads to a healthy spirit and body. Tracey Booker Ministries, in conjunction with Chip Mitchell, Founder and Head Trainer of Loco Motions, and Desiree’ R. Page, CEO of “I’m Livin’ Fit” Fitness, have come together to create the “Life and Living Lifestyle Transformation Collaboration".

The pilot program began on November 1, 2011, just in time to help guide the participants along the holiday eating binge that many encounter year after year. The pilot program proved to be a success for those who participated in the program with the serious intent to lay aside every weight, physically, mentally, and to excel spiritually. The participants have seen a weight loss of up to 5% of their original body weight. Even through the holiday season, the goal of weight loss, lifestyle change, and behavior modification has been realized. The “Life and Living Lifestyle Transformation Collaboration” is here to help to set you on the right track and assist you in becoming a healthier YOU, and to set you on the path of adding years to your life, as well as manifesting life in the body.

The program involves a health and fitness assessment by personal trainer, Chip Mitchell. Chip is certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine. He is also a certified health nutritionist and he will direct you towards proper nutition and eating. He will also encourage you to get moving physically and he will assess your flexibility and mobility. He will customize a personalized fitness program for you. Desiree' Page is also a certified personal trainer and a former group aerobics trainer. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise.

Lastly, we will provide spiritual support for each participant, with our team of Spiritual Accountability Coaches (SAC). Each SAC is one that is dedicated to fitness, and can attest to having issues with weight loss. The main thought of each SAC is that in order to live the fullest life that we can, we must renew our minds and KNOW that we are the TEMPLE of the Living God! Once you fully enroll as a participant in the program, you will be assigned a Spiritual Accountability Coach.

We are kicking off the full program as of January 1, 2012. The cost of the program is $49.00 per month and it includes all of the benefits described. Participation is month to month.


**If you would like to fully observe the fast, including prayer, Tracey Booker Ministries has set the following fasting and prayer hours:

Fasting: From midnight to 3:00 p.m.

Prayer: Every third hour midnight, 3:00, 6:00, and 9:00 am and pm.

The Daniel Fast

"In those days I, Daniel, was mourning three full weeks. I ate no pleasant food, no meat or wine came into my mouth, nor did I anoint myself at all, till three weeks were fulfilled." Daniel 10: 2-3.


We are including the Daniel Fast for those who would like to begin the year observing the principles of fasting without meat, sweets, or animal by products. This is a spiritual move; one that is observed by many at the beginning of the year to include prayer and consecration for the ensuing year. This eating plan will last from January 2nd through January 22nd. The Daniel Fast is described in the 10th chapter of Daniel. The prophet Daniel, when offered all of the rich foods from the King, decided that hea and his men would fasf for 3 weeks, without consuming any meat, sweets, or wine. They only consumed vegetables, fruits, and water. they were said to appear healthy and strong. there are books and recipes available for purchase. The Life and Living Lifestyle Transformation Collaboration

During the Daniel Fast you will not consume any sugar or sweeteners of any kind, nor will you have any caffeine or artificial chemicals. Many people experience a physical detox during the first few days of the fast including headaches, fatigue, leg cramps and other typical symptoms.

You can reduce these effects by weaning yourself from these foods before the fast begins and also by drinking at least 1/2 gallon of filtered water each day before, during and after the fasting period.

Anytime you have concern about symptoms you may experience, be sure to contact your health professional. Fasting should never be harmful to the body!

The Daniel Fast is a very healthy way to eat and is full of nutritious and healthy foods. However, if you have special dietary needs, you should consult your health professional before you start this fast. You can then modify the fast to meet your specific health needs.


Foods to include during the Daniel Fast

All fruits: Fresh, frozen, dried, juiced or canned. Fruits included but are not limited to apples, apricots, bananas, blackberries, blueberries, boysenberries, cantaloupe, cherries, cranberries, figs, grapefruit, grapes, guava, honeydew melon, kiwi, lemons, limes, mangoes, nectarines, oranges, papayas, peaches, pears, pineapples, plums, prunes, raisins, raspberries, strawberries, tangelos, tangerines, watermelon.

All vegetables: Fresh, frozen, dried, juiced or canned. Vegetables include but are not limited to artichokes, asparagus, beets, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chili peppers, collard greens, corn, cucumbers, eggplant, garlic, ginger root, kale, leeks, lettuce, mushrooms, mustard greens, okra, onions, parsley, potatoes, radishes, rutabagas, scallions, spinach, sprouts, squashes, sweet potatoes, tomotoes, turnips, watercress, yams, zucchini, veggie burgers are an option if you are not allergic to soy.

All whole grains: Including but not limited to whole wheat, brown rice, millet, quinoa, oats, barley, grits, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat tortillas, rice cakes and popcorn.

All nuts and seeds: Including but not limited to sunflower seeds, cashews, peanuts, sesame. Also nut butters including peanut butter.

All legumes: Canned or dried. Legumes include but are not limited to  dried beans, pinto beans, split peas, lentils, black eyed peas, kidney beans, black beans, cannellini beans, white beans.

All quality oils: Including but not limited to olive, canola, grape seed, peanut and sesame.

Beverages: Spring water, distilled water or other pure waters.

Other: Tofu, soy products, vinegar, seasonings, salt, herbs and spices.


Foods to avoid on the Daniel Fast

All meat and animal products including but not limited to beef, lamb, pork, poultry, and fish.

All dairy products including but not limited to milk, cheese, cream, butter, and eggs.

All sweetners including but not limited to sugar, raw sugar, honey, syrups, molasses, and cane juice.

All leavened bread including Ezekiel Bread (it contains yeast and honey) and baked goods.

All refined and processed food products including but not limited to artificial flavorings, food additives, chemicals, white rice, white flour, and foods that contain artificial preservatives.

All deep fried foods including but not limited to potato chips, French fries, corn chips.

All solid fats including butter, shortening, margarine, lard, and foods high in fat.

Beverages, including but not limited to coffee, tea, herbal teas, carbonated beverages, energy drinks, and alcohol.

When you shop for food, remember to READ THE LABELS to make sure the only ingredients in packaged foods are suitable for the Daniel Fast. You will want to be especially aware of chemicals, dairy products and sweetneers -  all of which are not allowed on the Daniel Fast.



Q. How do I join the program?

Q. When can I join?

A. The program is open now. The sooner you join, the better. Slots are filling up quickly. We are taking the first 15 registrants.

Q. What form of payments do you accept?

Q.  Can I invite a friend to join?

A. Yes, as long as space is available.

Q. After I join, how soon will my personal assessment be done?

A. Within 48 - 72 hours after receiving your payment and enrollment information.

Q. Will there be a support group for the participants?

A. yes, through email and phone availability. Spiritual Accountability Coaches will be assigned to everyone that successfully enrolls in the program.

Q. Will there be a participants support group?

A. Yes, if the participants want to form one.

Q. What happens on January 1, 2012?

A. The full program will begin, with an emphasis on the Daniel Fast for those that would like to incorporate the fast into their lifestyle.

Q. What happens on January 22, 2012?

A. We re-evaluate where the participant is with the traditional eating plan, as well as vegan or vegetarian eating plans. We will also re-evaluate your progress with your physical plan. In addition, we will ask for an update from the participant and Spiritual Accountability Coach as to their progress.

Q. Is this program only for prople who don't want to eat meat?

A. No, the program administers to traditional eating plans that include meat, as well as those who are living a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle.
